1. Who We Are
CladLogic ("we," "us," or "our") operates the CladLogic Released application, a release-tracking platform for facade fabrication teams. Our contact address is support@cladlogic.com.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:
- Account information: Name, email address, role, and employer (tenant) provided at registration.
- Usage data: Actions taken within the app (release updates, document uploads, status changes) tied to your user account.
- Uploaded files: Documents uploaded by your organization are stored in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.
- Device tokens: If you use the iOS app, your device push token is stored to deliver notifications.
- Log data: Server logs including IP address, timestamp, and request path for security and debugging purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively to:
- Authenticate you and provide access to the service.
- Display project, release, and document information to your team.
- Send push notifications relevant to your role (if enabled).
- Maintain system security, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
- Create nightly encrypted backups of your organization's data.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 5.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on infrastructure hosted in Microsoft Azure (United States). Databases are encrypted at rest. File storage uses Azure Blob Storage with access controlled via time-limited signed URLs. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.
Access to your organization's data is strictly scoped to users within your tenant. No other tenant can access your data.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party infrastructure providers:
- Microsoft Azure — application hosting, database, and file storage.
- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — delivery of iOS push notifications.
These providers act as data processors under our direction and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your organization maintains an active account. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time via device settings.

8. Children's Privacy
CladLogic Released is a business application not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
